The Derby Shave Stick lathered well with the Jayaruh #71 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Ever-Ready 1924 Razor and a Personna GEM SS PTFE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Duru Cologne. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

It’s been so long since I had a good Grand Freeze so today I decided to pull out some of my coldest stuff. The Glacial Strawberry Lemonade scent is so beautiful - to me the strawberry is the more dominating feature but the lemon is there too. The soap provided tons of rich, creamy, super slick lather, the menthol sensation hit me like an icy cold sledgehammer, and the postshave feeling felt so comfortable. The Gold Bond moisturizer works surprisingly well as a balm - it’s very soothing as well as mentholated, and the Glacial Strawberry Lemonade aftershave smells as beautiful as the soap not to mention how frigid it is. Three passes gave me a fabulous BBS shave that I enjoyed so much.
