• Brush : B&B Synthetic Chubby.
• Pre shave : Pears original clear soap.
• Soap : Rasozero Protettivo.
• Balm/Toner : Thayers Witch Hazel.
• Weight : 122 grams.

Hi all,
I had a good shave last Tuesday with the Yaqi/Stirling combo.
I think as it was my first shave with the Yaqi it left me with a bit of skin irritation post shave (The Thayers fixed that).
The razor shaved nice and close with the Nacet working well on the 2nd shave.
The Rasozero is very nice especially if you like liquorish which is the scent when I was bowl lathering.
The lather lasted well and didn't diminish before the end of the pass.
The Pears soap works very well as a pre shave with its high glycerine content and it cheap as to buy.
One pass WTG and ATG a little bit of touch up and all done.

The LaToja Shaving Stick lathered well with Jayaruh #144 Two-band Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Fatip Grande razor and the PolSilver DE Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Lilac Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

SE SOTD, Friday January 31st 2025

Razor : Yaqi Romulus SE 316 SSP head with a Yaqi Chippendale 316 SSP handle. Mfg 2024>, mild to tame mid range depending on blade or gap used. Machining, finish & design are excellent + any AC blade type(Feather, Kai, Proline) seems to work in the locating clamping keepers of the Yaqi Romulus variants.
Blade : Kai CTMP (3) sharp and smooth with excellent longevity. Great blade in my different variants (SB,OC) of Romulus SE razors.
Soap : Yaqi Dragon, very interesting mild cologne scent + excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Ever Helpful" 22 mm 2 band badger. Great little brush with some backbone but soft tips making it unique for folks who like the scrub with a 2band badger.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : MyYaqi splash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning with my Yaqi Romulus with a Kai CTMP blade.
