More sandalwood burn from the Stirling. I attempted to bowl lather with the boar. The lather came out airy due to my inexperience with boars. I finished off face lathering for a rich creamy lather. After a month of using nothing but SEs I decided to break out the EJ. Smooth razor burn-less shave. The EJ shaves better than any of the SS's I've used so I got an easy DFS. Still, I missed that beautiful SE sound...

Yes, the SR will demand respect from the user. I also learned this the hard way.

I've always loved this set-up....The Schick I2 was the first razor I ever saw my Pop shave with when I was a kid...I dug it then and dig it even more now...lol
