A DFS shave which I did not enjoy as much as I would have liked. The Haslinger soap just would not lather properly....and while it gave my face a slick protective layer......the lather kept collapsing. I think I will be using that one in the shower. Off for night duty now.

Excellent results, just seemed a bit rough getting there.

Mind giving a little detail on "Steve's Own Wax"? Sounds interesting.

 

Just bee's wax and Vaseline. Check this out.

 

Raazo Rock Wax is different than any after shave its just only put a small amount of it you feel your skin more comfortable, I am very high recommend this product.

 

Without bragging, my wife is a gorgeous-looking woman who is MUCH, MUCH younger than me. She knows that I love to dress young, act young, think young, and feel young, but when it comes to my fragrances and aftershaves, I am still "old-school". If she had her way, I would not be shaving the traditional way either. Here is what she looks like!

I actually did something for menthol monday! lol. Felt great, perfect BBS shave that started my week back on base with a smile.

 

Randy, I am indeed a very lucky guy to have so wonderful a wife. She is as beautiful on the inside as on the outside. She is everything I ever wanted and more - a wife, a best friend, a confidante, and the mother of our adorable daughter. With this woman, I can say I won the grand prize of a lottery a million times!

 

Slanted Shave # 16-Menthol Monday

I treated myself to an after work shave today, having woken up late for a class. With a steaming shower waiting, and a fresh Black Ninja, I was looking forward to getting home.

I let the Proraso sit in for a good long time both pre and post. What a nice product.

The Alcolado is a great find. Both Proraso and Alcolado are items I learned about from pif's here.

The Slanty is doing nicely and is a pleasure to shave with.

Last time I shaved with this blade had honed it and it was fine but I felt it could be a little better. Today I tried again, went back to the bevel and then finished with my new Naniwa 12K hone. The edge was outstanding and the shave as smooth as can be. My only problem now is I have to re-do all my other razors to get them this good!
