Wild Rose is another Fiorentino rose-scented bath soap, very close to the square-shaped one depicted in my last SOTD, but the square soap's slightly superior so far aroma is concerned.

These Gillette Russians, not the ten-pack variety - but the five-individually-wrapped - are simply Toppin': very impressive blades.

I've been liking my Super Adjustable many-fold more since I started dialing up. Six or Seven's where it ought to be; I was formerly using Four and consequently pressing harder than necessary to achieve a smooth shave.

I'm glad you like the Nivea, Habibi--I have another one just like it!

Anyway, here's how it went was for me today:

Gorey's Chairman
Ming Shi TTO/Sharp day 2
Proraso Aloe & Green Tea-SS
Natural Products-AS balm
Lubriderm unscented moisturizer

There is no comparison--the Proraso White-bowl soap is a LOT better than its Green-bowl brother in every way-the lather is much richer and easier to build, the aloe/citrus scent is beautiful, as opposed to the strong eucalyptus of the Green bowl, and the White bowl has so much more skincare. There is also plenty of menthol in it-in fact I would say about as much as the Green bowl, except that the eucalyptus in the Green bowl makes that soap seem cooler. Today's shave was so delightful!

Very nice shave this morning. This shaving cream is a very good one.......nice product at a good price. Very easy to make a thick and protective lather.

Switched out the Feather for the Crystal after the first pass to test a different blade. Great results 2 more passes to heaven

This was a damn fine shave and a great way to start out my first day back to work after a long weekend. The Godrej lathered like a dream!!! I had no problems hacking through the 3 days worth of beard growth that I had on my face this morning. Very impressive indeed. Still having difficulty with the XTG pass with my left hand but I managed two decent passes nonetheless. I think the Arko is a great value and gives a more comforting shave than some more expensive creams.
