Having seen you use Tet A Tet shave cream for some time. Little off your Antarctic Freeze in the morning but something different if you still have some in your den.

Shave Secret Oil under Barbasol Yellow (very effective combo)
    Merkur 1904 w/Royal Blade
Witch hazel followed by Nivea Sensitive Shave Balm
    Finished w/Fine American Blend Aftershave

Comments: Today I tried to use the Torrey for the whole shave but I just couldn't get the rough areas like jawline, chin and upper lip close enough. I did fine with the neck area though! I used the Wolfman razor for a cleanup pass in those areas listed earlier! No weeper or irritation today and I ended up with a DFS shave but not BBS. I also had no issues with the Soap Commander as usual, as it is very good soap. The soap lathers easily and gives me very good protection throughout the shave. I don't think I had my lather as good as it needed to be for the straight part of the shave. I know that could have been better and in return I might have been able to get the DFS shave including the rough areas better with just the straight and therefore not needed the Wolfman to clean it up! All in all, it was a very good shave today but could have been better!

Please feel free to leave comments on any items used as I enjoy reading them to see what others say about the gear I am using/trying out! Of course, YMMV!

    Thx.

Prep - Shower / Woods Of Windsor Cedar Woods soap / Pre-lather / 3 min steam
    Razor - Gillette Slim Adjustable
    Blade - Personna Platinum Chrome
    Brush - Omega 20106
    Soap - Arko / Cella / Glycerine
After - Frozen towel / Alum & WH Mix
    Result - BBS

Back on track with the second round of blade trials. First time around I didn't get on with the Chromes at all. I didn't find them that sharp compared to Astras or Rapiras. They tugged my neck terribly and didn't last past two shaves.
This time there was no tugging at all. Still can't really rate them on sharpness as even after the second pass (ATG), I wasn't as clean as most blades after the first pass (WTG). We'll see how the next couple of shaves go before I make any decisions.
Also sticking with the überlather but this one wasn't great. I always found the lather with Cella on its own, to fall quite quickly after mixing and this didn't fair much better. I had to mix more up, so this particular combination is relegated to history for me.
Still, an irritation free BBS so I can't complain either.

I think something with menthol would be just right.
