    Dove Men Face Wash
    C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream
    Jayaruh #10 Synthetic
Gillette English NEW LC/Brass Punch Handle
    Rapira Super Stainless
    CWR, Asma Alum Block
    Thayers Cucumber WH
    Pinaud Vegetal

The C.O. Bigelow Shave Cream face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #10 Synthetic brush. Two passes with my Gillette English NEW LC razor and a Rapira Super Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Cucumber WH and then Pinaud Vegetal after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Had a great shave today! The Mama Bears soap exploded with a rich lather, took very little time to load, and has a great scent. The Masters bay rum has a lot of menthol crystals added to it so it was very cold. The Reef Point aftershave balms are a great product and one of the best balms I have had the pleasure of trying. Nice complex citrus scent and menthol kick! Hope everyone had a great shave and a great day!

Another chilly shave with a very good stick which unfortunately is no longer available. The Permafrost lathers great, it has strong menthol, (like Iced Subzero) and very good skincare. The Gold Bond (Jeff, the broken record!) is my go-to balm, and I'll soon need some more Skin Bracer - it's a favourite aftershave of mine. ;) :D

Day one of the last blade label in the @Bobcat PIF box from last month...and it's a real treat. This is supposed to be a blade trial, but I already knew this blade is a fave. Today was great, as expected. I face lathered the MITA for two quick, easy and smoooooooth passes. And I get to do it all again tomorrow! Finish was Alum and AV Ice Sport. After tomorrow I will select my fave four from the eight brands, and test again.

Good shave. Need to use this 11235 again before I can tell if I'm a fan. Fatboy and lab blue works great for me. This Napa Black Fiber was a great deal!

    Fougère Thursday
I decided to give the pre shave oils a different challenge today by using a vegan soap. The HIS easily made great lather as usual, and the Fatboy did a great job on 7 for all passes. I still like 9 better - for some reason it just works more easily and smoothly for me. I'm starting to think about trying a Futur as some point to compare it with the Fatboy. B&M Fougère tonique finished up this shave right, though with a little more sting than I expected.

Pre shave oil comparison last round Van Yulay vs Shea Moisture
I used the same strategy as before with one type of oil on each side of my face. I have to say the Van Yulay is clearly better than the Shea Moisture for me. Maybe it's the emu oil talking, but VY really makes my face feel good. It's not as thick as the SM, and I like the pump that makes it easy to control how much I'm using. I think the Mickey Lee is also a bit better than the SM, but maybe just because of the lime scent. I think I'll be sticking to Van Yulay for a while.
Prep: Van Yulay pre shave oil, Shea Moisture pre shave oil
    Soap: B&M Fougère Imperiale
    Brush: HIS
    Razor: Fatboy 7/7/7
    Blade: Personna Lab Blue (2)
    AS: B&M Fougère Classique
