-I know the Chubby is very much a soap brush but I just felt like using it and I really felt like the Palmolive menthol. As Steve says, "It's your shave, have it your way." No regrets and despite wasting quite a bit of cream from this lather hog of a brush I'd do it again.

 

I love my Chubby 2 Best. It's a Great Brush and I use it with creams all the time.

Wowwwwwww, this much menthol can be potent for somebody who is not accustomed to it - the Egyptian Ingram cream is colder than the UK version, and has even better and richer lather. My beard stubble is super-tough, but the Rapiras chop it off like nothing!

This razor still holds its own against all contenders...I think the Black Tip Beauty is looking to kick some razor butt...It's performing too good...And always leaves my face feeling so smooth and pampered...

It's funny whenever I actually watch this razor in the mirror doing it's think...I feel like I'm in on of those early 50's commercials and I'm getting ready to either play baseball or go out and kiss a girl in a John Wayne movie...:happy102 I do agree with the Duke though...I'm getting the best shaves of my life..

Life is good. Awesome shave with all old equipment. Nearly 100% BBS and no irritation. Missed a few spot along the jawline but so close that chances are I'm the only one who will know that fact.

With all the large brush and SE love I've been feeling recently, I felt like switching things up. Out of my small brushes, the Mighty Midget could easily be used every day. It easily held enough for 3 passes plus touch up which is more then I normally do. It had a nice face feel with just a slight amount of scritch which wasn't unpleasant in the least. The Feather Portable is still a great razor and provided a nice comfortable shave with no irritation.
