The Old Spice Original Shave Cream lathered well with the Jayaruh #458 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Superior Lather Catcher and the Personna GEM SS PTFE blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Old Spice Original Cologne. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This Sharp Dressed Man soap is such a precious soap - in my honest and humble opinion it’s one of Rod’s BEST. Do I ever LOVE the scent, it’s such a pleasure to lather, there’s so much slickness to it, and it’s so skin friendly. The Gold Bond moisturizer gave me lots of additional soothing as well as a nice cooling effect on my skin, and the Island Man aftershave smells delightful - my wife loves it on me. Another perfect three pass BBS shave that was so easy peasy and enjoyable!

Razor : Yaqi SE Excalibur with a Yaqi Milano 316SSP handle. Mfg 2021>, tame mid range. Small head parts make for a nimble shave with great results. I like to assemble the Excalibur on a wash cloth just for convenience because of small parts. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Schick proline (4) sharp and smooth with reasonable longevity.
Soap : Razorock XXX Fresco, nice clean cologne XXX scent with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Mysterious space" 24mm 3band silvertip badger. Excellent lather generator, luxury pillow like soft tips. Nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter. Very enjoyable badger brush + one of my favorites.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock XXX Fresco with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Excalibur SE with a Schick proline.

It’s been a long time since I’ve used this wonderful Eddison floating head razor. It’s fitted with a twin blade and the shave was sublime Also featured is some Unobtanium T&H Lavender shave cream. This was one of the first shave creams I ever used and it’s time to use my final tube. Note to T&H: bring this one back - it was one of your best and belongs back in the line-up.
