I was given this jar of MdC by my friend Justin Wastell, and I'm blown away by his generous nature. I didn't go to the Maggard's Meet up this year and he said he had something for me. I thought he was going to share one of the give away items, but he surprised me with this classic soap. The lather exploded from the brush into very dense and slick protection. This reminded me of how Tabac builds so easily, and the feeling on first rinse was very clean, almost like MWF but not quite as moisturized. The shave was as effortless as the lather and I finished it with B&M Lavanille and Dr. Jon's to highlight the scent.

Good morning friends. A marvelous three pass shave today with the Pal Adjustable. Excellent lather from the Proraso shave cream. I finished with Old Spice. Enjoy your day friends. ☺️

I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Williams Mug Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #288 Synthetic brush. I did two passes: first pass with my Jayaruh Wooden SE razor and then finished up with the Gem Damaskeene OC Razor with a CVS Carbon Steel SE blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Peach WH and then English Leather AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

 

Inaugural Fatboy shave this morning. Two passes, setting @6, BDBS and ready to have a great day!

Reef Point Submariner today. 20 seconds to load the John’s Brushes Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Vintage Wilkinson Sword “Light Brigade” NEW Chromium still in the Gillette Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Reef Point Submariner aftershave.
