It's quite nice. I like the scent, but it doesn't last as long as other Pinaud splashes. Nice dry down feel to the skin though. Working through a few other splashes and will probably try the other two booze themed reserves at that time.

The shave cream I used this morning was designed to be a fast shave (my meds weren`t working right). Believe it or not, I got a really good shave, 2 passes, WTG/ATG, with a lot of touching up, not up there with the Proraso and stuff, but I am completely satisfied, giving the circumstances. Can I say Happy Camper and God Bless.

Karve-F/Personna Blue. I haven't used this blade much for a couple years but it serves the Karve well. One pass ATG head shave and a fine two pass on the beard. I guess I'll keep the F plate.

The Bill Neumann soap is 8 oz., I believe. Enough to seriously consider a purchase(when you figure how many shaves you might get from, it), but it is indeed a challenge to find an aftershave to go with it in order to save some $$$, unless there are those who say "ahh, what the heck" and go for the matching package.

Soap can be purchased in 4 oz tin or 8 oz jar. Better value is the 8 oz as prices are $18 and $28 retail but I bought mine with coupons that were 20 or 25% off. Aftershaves are excellent and spot on aroma as the soaps and has some staying power. $30 for 4 oz more expensive than lets say B&M AS 3.5 oz bottles but for me, better on the skin, better staying power so worth it, especially when I wait for their rare sale.

Tonight's shave was with another Japanese Razor. I had a nice 2 pass shave, that left me with a DFS. Zero issues.


Razor- Japanese Pimp Stick(Not Really). It's an "Old Cherry". With crackled Mother Of Pearl scales.
Brush- Stirling Boar. One of the best feeling boars I own.
Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy
Aftershave- Pinaud Clubman
