Struggling a bit with the camera and colour temperature. My Canon just stopped so I had to move backwards and use a camera with older technology.
Three passes for a Face Feeling Finish. I was my first use of the Chinese blade so it is early days to make a proper judgement on their performance

Beautiful shave of the day this morning! BBS after three passes with skin stretching. The omega 49 is really wearing in now, and its absolutely fantastic, definitely my favourite brush, im really starting to favour boar brushes over synthetic, but hat could change if i get my hands on a good quality synthetic.

The personna lab blue was definitely much smoother on its second shave, definitely a very good blade, I'll have to see if it can match the longevity of the Wilkinson sword blade which really impressed me by achieving 15 perfect shaves.

Arko as always works beautifully, i can easily see this stick lasting a year with two uses a week.

My prep was just a cold water rinse. The Kiss My Face Cool Mint Moisture Shave Cream face lathered well with the Jayaruh #340 badger brush. I did two passes with the Kampfe/Star Lather Catcher razor with a CVS CS blade and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Osage Rub. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Proraso White Tub today. 20 seconds to load the Plisson #12 European White Badger brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Rapira Platinum Lux in the Gillette Red Tip SS. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Clubman Whiskey Woods aftershave.

2019-06-03, Monday

This morning I wanted skin protection and, after so long, I used the oil from the Saponificio Vareseino.
I applied it religiously with his little ball dispenser and even massaged it on my skin despite my aversion to greasy hands.

And I put my hand back to a soap that has been unjustly abandoned for a long time: the 70° Anniversario.
I find it very good; the only thing that perplexes me is its fragrance.
I find it little 'defined': this soap would have deserved a more aristocratic fragrance…

Aftershave is functionally excellent although, personally, I would prefer it much more alcoholic.
