    Tuesday June 8th SOTN

It’s been 4 days since my last shave so I had quite a bit of stubble to take down. With a fresh blade, the Taiga did not disappoint... even with the SB baseplate installed tonight. I’m smooth and comfortable for bed.

    Happy Healthy Shaves all.

    Wednesday morning:

    Stirling Mentholated Pre Shave Soap
    Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole
    Super Speed/Schick day 10
Master Soap Creations Cherry Freeze SS
    Prep ASB
    Osage Rub AS Splash

There are two versions of Cherry Freeze - glycerine and tallow and today I used the glycerine version. It’s got a different scent than the tallow one - this one smells more like cherry scented cough syrup but in a nice enough way, it lathers very easily though it’s not as slick as the tallow version, its menthol sensation is quite strong, and the postshave feeling is good. The Prep and the Osage Rub aftershave gave me lots of additional icy cold care. By the way this was a cold water shave and a very good one - our weather has been as hot as hell lately!

Have a great day - be well and safe!

Custom Wood Handle Enders Speed Shaver
    Enders Speed Blade

The Williams Mug Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #217 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Custom Wood Handle Enders Speed Shaver with an Enders Speed Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Pinaud Citrus Musk EDC. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Flat-Bottom Tech-Prismatic (Feather), Shake Sharp (Treet Plat + Kai). The FBT is more fun with the Prismatic cap but still pretty mild. As an experiment with the Shake Sharp I combined the widest DE blade, the Kai (bottom), with the narrow Treet Plat (top), separating the two edges by that additional differential. Certainly didn't hurt.[IMG]

Razor: Razorock 2nd Gen Lupo.72- Mfg 2021> excellent mid range, well built with great design, 316 Stainless steel construction, easy to load and unload blades. I receive usually excellent results, might be a good daily driver for some folks.
Blade: Gillette Wilkinson sword salon (1) excellent blade sharp & smooth with reasonable longevity. Low cost blade from what I recall.
Soap: Speick, nice spicy scent with excellent lather qualities + triple milled.
Brush: Yaqi Chianti's 24mm synthetic, Excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle scrub + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave: Brush wash face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard area.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Razorock King Louis Lavender with witch hazel + a dollop of Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers = [IMG]excellent shave with my RR Lupo 72+ Gillette Wilkinson sword blade.

    Hi Friends,

here is my just ended shave (09.06.2021)

Razor: Karve CC with C-plate // Blade: Gillette 7 o‘clock yellow // Soap: Stirling Barbershop // Brush: Omega Hi-Brush // Aftershave: Pinaud Clubman // Music: Alanis Morissette - Live/Unplugged

Coldwater-Shave today. Second time in my life :lyrtuy5: I like it and will do a Coldwater-Shave more often. Very nice.

The shave was very very good. I was in need of a shave after a hard day at work. I‘m tired, so not much words today…

Have a great time, enjoy your shaves and stay safe and healthy.
