Razor : Yaqi Mercury Chrome head with a RR UFO handle. Mfg 2022>, mild to tame mid range razor. Very simple similar design that has been used decades ago. Chrome coating is excellent and casting seems accurate also when flipped 180 degrees. Had a close comfortable shave this morning.
Blade : Polsilver SI (1) sharp and smooth with great longevity. This is the only blade I cork once.
Soap : Razorock "The Dead Sea" croap. Very addictive scented soap that has some excellent lather qualities. On 2nd tub of this great soap. Aftershave compliments is a must IMO.
Brush : Yaqi "lucky dice" 26mm brown whiskers fan synthetic knot. Excellent lather generator, luxury heavenly cloud like soft tips + excellent lather generator. 26mm synthetic knots rock for that Zen moment most folks enjoy!
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock "The dead sea" with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi chrome mercury razor with a Polsilver SI blade.

The Musgo Real Shave Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #450 Silvertip Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the 1905 Gillette Double Ring and the Nacet Stainless blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Lucky Tiger After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

 

Thanks Paul. It's a real monster of a brush.

Fantastic stuff from three dear brothers of mine - the Glacial Mango Sunrise soap is a TREASURE. Do I ever LOVE the scent which is tropical with creamy notes, it gives brilliant lather that’s so slick, the menthol sensation is killer cold, and the skincare is like from of ALL of Rod’s soaps - numero uno. Jaco’s Stoffel balm is so moisturizing as well as soothing, it has a ton of menthol in it, and its peppermint scent is lovely. Finally what can I say, Fernando’s Citrus Melody aftershave went on frigidly cold with no sting or burn because it’s witch hazel based and the scent is heavenly. This Canadian Tech is an awesome razor - it helped me get a dynamite three pass BBS shave that was so much fun!

The shave on this Flag Day was pretty good. About the same story as yesterday, but for two differences. 1)-the brush was the Stoylin Mid-sized No-Name Synthetic, and 2)- there were 2 polka-dots I had to deal with. I should ease up ALL OVER, not just in certain areas. 2 passes. No cuts, Knicks. Good work again from the Proraso Refreshing A.S. and Halston Cologne to close out. Very Outstanding.

Razor : Yaqi Romulus SE 316 SSP head with a Yaqi Chippendale 316 SSP handle. Mfg 2023>, mild to tame mid range depending on AC blade used or gap shim used. Excellent machining and finish QC with a simple clamping system. One of my favorite SE razors of many and is part of my main rotation. Had a close comfortable stellar shave this morning.
Blade : Kai captain titian mild(4) sharp and smooth with excellent longevity has been my findings.
Soap : Razorock "The Dead Sea" croap- very unique scented soap with excellent lather qualities.
Brush : Yaqi "Bali" 24mm Silvertip badger. Excellent lather generator, luxury pillow like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + great lather painter. Short handle with a large bloomed knot.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock "The Dead Sea " splash with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a close comfortable shave this morning with my Yaqi Romulus SE 316 SSP razor with a Kai Titian mild blade. (Very close shave that I enjoyed this morning).
