    Friday

    Prep: Warm Shower-Stirling Bath-Gentleman
    Soap: Maggard London Barbershop
Razor: Gillette Black Side Flare Tip Super Speed-New Razor
Blade: Vintage Wilkinson Sword “Light Brigade” NEW Chromium (Shave #23)
    Brush: John’s Brushes Silvertip-22mmx48mm
    Aftershave: Country Club Sweet Water

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

Maggard London Barbershop today. 20 seconds to load the JB Silvertip brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. I moved the Vintage Wilkinson Sword “Light Brigade” to the Black Flare Tip SS. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Country Club Sweet Water aftershave.

    Blade: Chinese Schick
    Razor: Schick M adjustable injector
    Brush: Omega 10049 boar
    Lather: Mitchell's Wool Fat
Post: Witch hazel, Fine American Blend aftershave
    WTG, touch up

Love The Fat! A nice Friday shave as expected. The M Adjustable is a smooth and efficient razor, the 49 boar can whip up some amazing lather, and The Fat has never disappointed me. Nice results!

    Have a great day!

I just had a wonderful shave with this Pipe razor I won in a TSD raffle. Smooth, sharp, great reduction, super easy to find the best angle and to maneuver. I really like this razor. :happy036:

    Stirling Spice

Stirling Spice has to be one of the strongest scented soaps that I have ever used. And the scent lingers even after the shave. I had a very nice drama free shave last night compliments of Stirling and my birth-year Black Beauty. And went to bed still smelling the sweet, powdery, spice.

    Happy Friday everyone!

Bon Vivant made excellent lather again, good enough that I was able to use a Rockwell blade and the R5 plate easily. It did not get as close as I like, but good enough. I love the pairing of Lavanille and BV, but I'm looking forward to having the BV toner to match. [IMG]

If the 2011 R41 is teaching me anything, it is revealing which of my soaps are slick and which aren't.
i.e. Mystic Water = Slick; Meißner Tremonia = Not Slick.
