Really cool. Brass, more similar to their Type B OC. I like it. I love my Type C.

Thanks Josh. I love the Type C's as well as the Type B's too.

 

Been sick (no, not that) and hadn't shaved for three days. Just shaved and feel so much better. Still sick but face feels better.

I had a "normal flu" many years ago-kept me in bed eating soda crackers and sipping water for 3 days. My Mom called me on the 3rd day and said "I think it's probably OK for you to shower and shave at this point". I did both, and began to feel better. Mothers are always right. That's a special memory I have of her(course there were many during the 60 years I was her son).

 

I've been deciding what to do about the Vanilla. I'm not too crazy about Vanilla per se, but maybe Clubman does a good job with it. (Like Doc Ezlovan doing a good job with his Stoylin dupes).

 

It’s not very vanilla to my nose; just a bit less floral (maybe) than the original but still a traditional barbershop scent. I’m very pleased with it.

Tonight's shave was with a newly acquired, restored, and honed Sheffield England made razor. Wonderful, and loud, 2 pass shave, with BDBS results. Doesnt get any better than this. This Extra Hollow grind was singing the entire shave.

Razor- Wade & Butcher "Special". Sheffield England.
Brush- Custom B-400, by Tom(@twhite ). Omega Boar knot. Great feel to the brush(both handle and knot).
Soap- Wholly Kow "OUD". Great scent. Great lather.
Aftershave- Florida Water

A good, clean and refreshing shave. The Fine products are keepers with solid performance and a subtle but, very nice aquatic scent. The Tonino Lamborghini Essenza is a pretty nice take on the discontinued Acqua Di Gio Essenza juice. Have a great evening and awesome shaves, Gents.....​

Not surprised to see you have an iKon El Jefe also! I love mine in small doses! LOL

 

A really good performer the Ikon El Jefe. Plus, it’s the only AC style SE razor that’s adjustable, though not intentionally. A great razor....
