    Blade: personna
    Brush: synthetic ever ready
    Soap: caties purple grapefruit
    Post: lemon witch hazel

Like most of us.. i have a bunch of stuff like soap samples, razors, blades, soaps, aftershaves and misc.. all crammed in boxes, shelves and drawers.
So im going through samples now and i forgot how good this soap smells. Its a good performing soap, not the slickest of soaps but a good soap still. I also forget how light this razor is and more so when you come from a stainless steel razor like a timeless to this. Lol

    SUNDAY'S SHAVE

    Perfumed by:
    Olivier Creed
    [IMG]

Shampoo - Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements Gold Label
Bath Soap - Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements Gold Label
    [IMG]
Fragrance - Creed Royal Mayfair (bottle signed by Erwin Creed)
Aftershave - Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements Gold Label
Shave Soap - Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements Gold Label
Deodorant - Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements Gold Label
Post-Shave Balm - Phoenix Artisan Accoutrements "Mysterium Serum"
Razor - Antique Gillette ABC "Empire" Razor circa 1908-1912 (fully restored/re-plated in rhodium by Razor Emporium)
    Blade - [IMG] *4th Shave
Razor Stand - ThinkGeek Executive Knight Pen Holder
Brush - London Cutlers Modified/Restored Antique Silver Synthetic-Boar Shave Brush circa 1890
Brush Stand - Jac Zagoory's Butterfly Pen Stand
Soap Mug - Antique Northwood Dandelion Amethyst Carnival Glass Mug circa 1912

***EDIT - 1 pass + search and destroy clean up. The BBS chase got some weepers and irritation. I had to bring in the Alum again to tighten up the damage. The scent of the PAA homage to Royal Mayfair is fantastic. I really, really love the match that it makes with my Creed fragrance.

This PAA product is a strong "recommend" from me. The scent is very, very close to the original Royal Mayfair after it's been sitting for 3 years on the shelf (it takes 3 years for the Eucalytus to settle down and not be so "medicinal" and dominant over the other notes). Creed's usually get better with age and I think the PAA homage smells like my 4 year old Royal Mayfair juice. That is a very high complement.

    Thank you, Gary!

By "reflections" I was actually referring to your prose/posts. They are often reflective and introspective in nature.

Thank you, and yes, @Smooth Steve, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed WandaVision. It was quite unique. While like most screen adaptations of comics, they didn't match the story, but they nailed the premise. Chaos magic is a little more complex than what they showed us, but it got the point across. I'm fairly certain that we can treat WandaVision as a setup for the next Doctor Strange (The Multiverse of Madness) film. As to the characterization of Agatha? She's exhibited several personas in the comics over the years. She indeed ranges from wicked to silly to wise and grandmotherly. Much like Deadpool is cold, all-business mercenary in one comic and child-like in another. Where Deadpool's excuse comes from his mental illness spurned on by his disease itself, Agatha has multiple lifetimes from which to draw.

    Thank you, Douglas!

    Sunday Schick Shave, Mar14th 2021

Razor: Schick i2 type with the hydro magic- MFG 1974-57, excellent razor, <midrange, easy to clean & easy to roam my face with the short handle. One of their better models IMO.
Blade: Personna SS PTFE (7) Excellent blade, very sharp, smooths out nicely after a few shaves, excellent longevity for a razor that gets used seldom because of large razor rotation. The razor blade stays in the razor for weeks and does not deteriorate it seems.
Soap: Proraso red sandal wood- mild scent with great lather qualities, good post shave feel.
Brush: Yaqi red Zebra handle 26 mm [IMG] excellent lather generator, heavenly cloud like soft tips, gentle scrub + great lather painter.
Pre shave: Shower and hand washed my face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser + a dollop of clear Aloe Vera gel on the cleaned beard.
Prep: Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave: Proraso red with witch hazel + Nivea balm.
Results: CCS,DFS,BBs + no irritation + no weepers= [IMG]Excellent shave with my Schick i2 injector with a Personna blade.

I dig that antique looking shaving mug in the backround you have have there. That's super cool. That looks like a great citrus shave. I'm still using that GEM travel razor you sold me. Once I got used to it it gives great shaves. The little handle seems to allow me very precise control despite the large head making it look like it should be clumsy. It's anything but. I change my grip on different angles and I have a really good understanding now how to shave against every piece of grain on my face with it.

Good review. That soap might work better with either a pre-shave oil, or you can try a pre-shave soap like PAA's, which I've found helps less-than-ideal soaps. For a GIT clone scent, I've always used WSP Gaelic Tweed shave soap. It's very solid and works well even by itself. I still use a pre-shave oil with it, but it's not needed IMO.

Gaelic Tweed is a good one. It's one of my top 5. I just decided to run an experiment and bought every GIT shave soap I could find and use a different one every shave through this month. It will culminate in a best-of video at the end of the month.
