    Tabac Tuesday's Cold Water Shave

    Cold Water Rinse
    Tabac Shave Soap
    Jayaruh #467 Synthetic
    Pal Injecto-Matic
    Vintage Pal Hollow Ground
    Humphrey's Witch Hazel
    Tabac After Shave

The Tabac Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #467 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Pal Injecto-Matic injector razor and the Vintage Pal Hollow Ground Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Tabac After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    Tuesday morning:

    Hot shower
    Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole
    Goodfella/Wilkinson day 2
    Vintage Springreiter Shaving Stick
    Proraso Blue ASB
    Calvin Klein Obsession EdT

This Springreiter stick was very popular in Germany back in the 40s and 50s. It was sent to me by an old of mine in Austria and I like it very much although I don’t use it often because it’s no longer available anywhere as far as I know. It has a clean, soapy scent, despite how old it is it still lathers very well, it’s quite slick, and it gives a comfortable postshave feeling. The Proraso Blue balm is so soothing as well as moisturizing, and finally the Obsession fragrance which my aunt gave me as a birthday gift last year completed the job. My Goodfella/Wilkinson combination gave me a terrific three pass BBS shave that I enjoyed a lot!

Wishing you all a great day - be well and safe![IMG]

    Tuesday Morning 18/03/25

Razor Head : Green Cult SS 1.0 (Austria).
    Handle : RazoRock Halo TI.
Blade : Voskhod Stainless PTFE (1).
Brush : Yaqi Mocha (Matcha) synthetic.
    Soap : RazoRock Puros.
    Aftershave : Razozero Protettivo.
    Razor weight : 92 grams.
    Hi all,
I had a brilliant shave this morning with the Green Cult SS 1.0. (first shave)
When I got this razor the pervious owner shorted the handle by quite a bit after looking at pics of it online.
It didn't feel good in my hand the RazoRock handle is perfect in my opinion for weight and balance.
I agree entirely with Errol review on the Green Cult 1.0 (check it out On Paste&Cut its a great read).
The razor easily sliced through five days growth and straight away I realized it must be respected.
I would not recommend this razor if you prefer razors on the mild side because it can bite.
It gave me a small weeper below my lip and a small nick on my Adams apple.

The RazoRock Puros works well its scent of fresh cut tobacco and leather is very nice. ( And I'm not a smoker)

One pass WTG and just a touch up pass ATG done. (ATG pass hardly needed)
    Cheers.

    Wednesday morning’s Lethal Grand Freeze:

    Hot shower
    Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole
    Goodfella/Wilkinson day 3
    Stirling Glacial Electric Sheep SS
    Bundubeard Stoffel ASB
    Floid Vigoroso AS Splash

Oh my God, any colder than this and my face would have disintegrated - this Glacial Electric Sheep is a bona fide menthol atom with a lovely scent, its mutton tallow formula promotes some of the finest, slickest lather I ever saw, the menthol sensation is so bloody intense, and the postshave feeling is so soothing. The Stoffel balm and the Floid Vigoroso aftershave were a perfect finishing combination - lots of additional iciness and do I ever smell great. Three passes gave me such a superb BBS shave that was so pleasurable!

Enjoy your day and your shaves - be well and stay safe![IMG]

    Karve OC, C-Plate Razor
    Trig Silver Edge Blade (2)
    RazoRock Chrome Brush 24/57

Barrister & Mann SEVILLE Shaving Soap

Fine Fresh Vetiver After Shaving Splash
    Humphrey's Lilac Witch Hazel

This blade wrapper reads, "Do not wipe blade, leave blade in razor "
I ignore it. My normal routine is to loosen the head a bit, then swish it in a jar of alcohol a few moments. This dispels water. Then I disassemble it, wipe the handle down, carefully wipe the soap residue from the blade edges if I'm not discarding it, and then I wipe down the base plate and cap very good. I then put the blade back in the razor and put it together again. If I plan to use the blade in a different razor, I know where it is for later. I use a microfiber cloth for the wipe-down.

    Hi Friends,

Here my Shave of the Day (19.03.2025)

    IMG_6267.jpeg
Razor: RazoRock GameChanger .84 // Blade: Gillette Bleue Extra (22) // Soap: Grön Lycka Misty Woodland // Brush: Doriancrafts // Aftershave: Witch Hazel - Pitralon Classic

Simply a fantastic shave. The soap smelled like you would stroll through a foggy forest on a chilly morning, the earth is slightly damp, sun is rising and you smell resins on a fir tree.

Tony of glide and cushion, the soap is definitely a winner.

2,5 passes and is was BBS as a BBS shave can be. No buzz no fuzz.

Applied some Witch Hazel before i used the wonderful woodsy Cedar Aftershave from Pitralon.

Have a great time, enjoy your shaves and stay safe and healthy.

    Greetings
    Thorsten
