Found a later (non-serialized) Bostonian in very bad shape for $6. The corrosion and soap scum came off okay but not perfectly, so cosmetically she's not a looker but she works just fine. Typical small hairline but it's stable. Excellent shaver that makes a fine adjustable with just a slight twist of the knob. I must never have used one before, or don't remember, because I am very impressed.

Oh my God, I think it’ll take all day for my face to thaw out - this Glacial Lemon Chill trio did a helluva number on me. The scent is so beautiful, the soap delivered tons of super duper lather that was so slick, the menthol sensation pummelled my face from start to finish, but the skincare of this stuff is A1. The matching balm and aftershave added to the frigidity. Finally the lovely Eau Sauvage fragrance (it’s lemony based so it pairs very well with this trio) and I’m good to go. The new Wilkinson blade helped to ensure a splendid three pass BBS shave that was such a pleasure!

The Virgilio Valobra Shaving Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #466 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Yaqi Adjustable razor on 3 and the Gillette Silver Blue Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Mennen Skin Bracer AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

 

Beautiful brush! I love this color. Also a fan of vintage Williams, still have a couple of pucks I think.

 

One of the easiest and best lathers I have ever used---as good as anything on today's market, just doesn't use the fancy ingredients. I have about 8-9 backup pucks and feel fortunate to own them.
