Wednesday: Omega Wooden Handle Parker 22R/Nacet day 3 Egyptian Ingram SC :love008 :love008 :freezing :freezing Svoboda AS Balsam :love008 :love008 :freezing :freezing JHL Cologne A smoooth and wonderful shave this morning with the Egyptian version of Ingram cream which I bought yesterday. This stuff is actually identical to the Ingram from the UK in scent, cooling effect and lather, but the color is slightly yellowish, and the consistency of the cream is much better, because it doesn't separate and get watery like the UK version does. The Egyptian version has the Arabic and English writing on it, and the UK version is written only in English.

Found the Kriss Kross this past Saturday at an antique mall (I hope to post some pics in the Haul tonight), along with a few other goodies. From the looks of it, it had never been used. The smell of it confirmed it :sick007 Oh, well. Worked just fine and got a great lather. It'll break in and the smell will be gone before I know it.

Welcome Back Old Friend! Wednesday, March 23rd Razor: Wilkinson Sticky Blade: Super Iridium Brush: Simfix Grosvenor Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime Soap: DR Harris Almond Shave Stick A/S: DR Harris Arlington Aftershave Milk I was feeling like I was neglecting my other razors so took a week off from the Sticky. The week off sealed the deal...the Wilkinson Sticky is my favorite razor. Period! I was glad to have it back in the saddle and enjoyed an excellent shave. The Arlington aftershave milk was the perfect finish for a blustery day (by california standards).
It was stinking noon today until I realized it was Wednesday. Thought to myself, crap I have to redo Thursday tomorrow. Long week gets longer.
Mar, 24 13th shave. Now I think I begin to understand what means 'move with an angle to the direction of a cut'. Kind of slicing motion that REALLY helps! Cut myself during that nice experiment. Well, I'll keep practice! Nice shave, anyway! 8/8 W&B restored by Glen Paddle strop Muhle travel brush in best badger Phyto Expert Sensitive SC Cold water rug Phyto Expert ASB Found an interesting trick today. When I shave one half of my face, the lather on the other half feels dry. So what about lathering only a half? Left side, chin and upper lip. Shave that side, lather up right side, chin and upper lip... When face lather I have to lather all face first before the first pass, then put the second layer of lather to my 'second' half, as the lather drys out.
BabyGirl Loves Her Super-Max... have not seen the Sunrise, where did you get it? That is a good plan! It works good when you are first starting out! [EDIT] Pro-Tip to all of the new shavers = this is why it is a good thing to check SOS threads, so you can see what new stuff people are using!

Parker 91r Derby Extra [2] TGN Silver Tip Badger Godrej Menthol Mist Old Spice Wednesday midnight shave. I don't use this razor very often, but I find that I reach for it if I haven't shaved in a couple days. Minus the adjustables maybe, this is the most aggressive razor I own, and I have to be very careful with it or I wind up with a neck that looks like the first plague. But I don't know if the aggressiveness maybe takes more skin off, but the razor gives my face a really exfoliated feeling. Combine that with the menthol mist and cold water rinses and wowee! I feel like a million bucks. Would've been nice to feel this good this morning...
