MP best badger
Trumpers CSF / PRE
Tabula Rasa SC (Vetiver&Tangerine)
MB ASB Cucumber
Rating: 4,8/5 - smooth, close, great shave!
however, half an hour afterwards my skin was a bit on the dry side, so I applied some Nivea mild ASB. 5 minutes after that red pimples appeared on the neck. Now I finally know what has always caused those suckers, and I always thought it was a dull blade or poor preparation. Only too good I only have two 30ml travel-size bottles of it which I got for free some years ago.
One more reason to stick with the handmade stuff and forget about those cheap department-store-ASBs...

After the massacre my Tuesday shave was, I stopped shaving for a few days. I was about to go back to my safe routine, but curiosity prevailed again. I must say I am very impressed with the Slim Adjustable, which I used for the second time.
First pass WTG on 4; second pass and touch-up on 1.
Slim with Euro-Gillette
CF 1445 balm
Sorry for the uninspired pic, whose insipidness I hid with unimaginative Photoshop effects.

Shave of the Day 2007-03-30
The Soap was Issy 100% oo. I had trouble with that generic Badger Brush. It was in a bad mood today and decided to unglue itself from the base. Quick lighter to the the base wax and it was all better. The shave was a 4.6/5.0
Same thing today. I like to keep everyone guessing
