No response to the status of your bowl?

The one in the pic was EB special I picked up for $10 and a deal I couldn't pass up!

It sure is a beautiful bowl. $10.00? Did you have to use a firearm? :)

Similar Corbell silver plated bowls were listed at $35 and up so when I saw it listed for $10, I snagged it

Sounds like a great deal. You said it was a candy bowl, and I responded with, "Sweet." I thought that was funny. :)

Tonight's shave was with a newly acquired, and honed razor. I had a "Sensational" 2 pass shave, that was super sharp and super smooth. This razor left me BBS with no issues, and no touch-ups needed. This was an unexpected result from an unknown razor to me.

Razor- Leo C. Benitz "Sensation". Made in Germany.
    Brush- Semogue 1305 Boar.
    Soap- ARKO/Avon Spicy scented
    Aftershave- Pinaud Clubman

    Hello ladies and g
wants, here's a look at my SOTD for today. -

    Razor: 1940/41 Gillette Milord Tech.
    Blade: Rapira.
Brush: Simpsons Duke 2 in pure badger.
Cream: Old Spice Lather shave cream.
    Post Shave: Nivea Sensitive.
After Shave Lotion: Old Spice traditional.
    Cologne: 4711/Bulgari Extreme.

Hello all, tonight's shave was pretty good. I have been ill again and haven't had a proper traditional shave in several weeks. So tonight I dug out one of my favorite TTO razors, a tried and true shave cream, and a combination of colognes that I recently discovered I like, and had at it. The Shave is definitely a close call between DFS and BBS, so I'll call it a DFS anyway. The Old Spice Lather cream provided great slickness, and glide, and smells great. The Old Spice aftershave Lotion was a natural, and the cologne combo a great hit with the Mrs. I sure feel better now too. Have a great night all.

Thank you Scott. I'm absolutely tired of being sick all the time. But with my bad lungs and depleted immune system it looks like there's no help for it. Now that winter is almost over, I should be sick less often. I hope. God Bless my friend. Have a good night.

    irish s.o.t.n.

    1. hot shower, irish spring bar soap. clubman country club shampoo.
    2. PAA irish spring shave soap.
    3. whipped dog, 30mm silver tip -standard loft.
    4. PAL injectomatic, with a new Vintage personna electro-coated blade.
    5. Alum / PAA irish spring cologne.

Irish spring bar soap was a scent I grew up on. Before the shower gel craze, it was all bar soap. This PAA seasonal combo os amazing, what a clean and fresh scent! I will liberally splashing some for tomorrow.

then injecto matic was a dirt estate sale find, it cleaned up nicely. . what a work of art!
