Been away from keyboard for some time. Sorry, no pics today.... Palmshave Lime SC Merkur 34C HD / Feather (day 2) Shaving Shack 'Buccaneer' Pure Badger Brush Osma Labs Alum Block (keep for couple of minutes, then splash away) Svoboda AS Balm That Palmshave is an interesting thing... My wife thinks it smells like floor polish. It's very thick and you have to find the right amount of water for it to - I think I had to add some more water. But in overall, this cream just does its job. I find it protective.

Like all the creams from Vi John, this one also contains allantoin, which soothes razor burn, and prevents irritation. I also cannot say enough good things about the Goodfella razor!
Hot Shower Glycerin Pre-shave Gem Micromatic (open comb w/new Gem blade) Semogue 1305 Nana June's Citrus Wake Up Corn Huskers Lotion/Masters Bay Rum Jovan Musk This razor just plain kicks a$$. Three passes BBS. I think the fact that I've begun stretching the skin with safety razors may have something to do with it too. Using a straight, I can't seem to get a true ATG pass on my neck which I can with a safety razor and none seem to do it better than my first ever real razor, the Gem Micromatic.

Way too much work for a 3 blade shave with lots of stuble left on face. At least the coffee was good.

Glad to hear it wasn't a total loss there, Danny Hey 1OldGI, how's the handlebar coming? Thursday Prep: Hot shower, hand strop blade, soak brush Coffee: Caribou Coffee, Caribou Blend Soap: Ogallala Bay Rum Lime & Peppercorn Brush: Ever Ready 200-T Razor: Ball End Tech Blade: Astra SP, day 4, 3+ passes Post: Cold water rinse, ice water splash, Corn Huskers Lotion, Ogalalla Bay Rum & Sandalwood 'Stache Wax: Firehouse Wacky Tacky Shave Rating: 4 Blades Honestly, when I grabbed the razor this morning, I wasn't expecting much better than a 3 blade shave. The Ball End is definitely on the mild side for me. Don't know what I did "wrong", but it was darn near a 5 blade shave.

The scales are crap, all cracked and discolored with age but the blade is primo! I'll definately have this beauty re-scaled. The scent of Bay Rum just seemed to go with the Pipe this morning! :happy005

Shave Of The Day - May 20th Hot Shower The $9.00 Shea Moisture Shave Brush Feats of Clay Scuttle Williams Mug Soap Vintage 3 piece Clix Sharp Brand Blade - Day 3 Homemade Skin Food M & L Florida Water The Williams Mug Soap and $9.00 brush worked just fine, but the scent just doesn't do it for me, couple that with a total lack of menthol in todays shave, and I dropped the rating down a notch.

Williams scent doesn't do it for me but I do like the FL H2O. The mentholiness missing makes a huge dent. That is a huge chunk of why I need the crystals...FL H2O frozen seems delightful to me
I've got enough to wax but the bars are puny and quite cheesy looking. I think I'll just walk around with a walrus stash until the bars are long enough to look like bars. I should be rockin the handlebar by October or so.
I would be very into this. So far Florida Water is my favorite AS. Menthol would be frozen icing on the cake.
