    24 May, Sunday
    Merkur 11C w/ Gillette 7 O'Clock SharpEdge (Yellow pack)
    Rooney 3/1 "Super"
    Mühle Aloe Vera SS

The Mühle soap lathers beautifully. Slick, cushioning lather (not as cushioning as TOBS or GFT, but wetter and more lubricating). Unfortunately, I encountered a slight stinging while into my second pass. I'll probably give it a few more chance on account of the great lather.

One whole week of soaps! Thinking of a theme for next week—maybe GFT week since my order has arrived. :)

    Preshave: GFT Sandalwood Skinfood
    Brush: GFT Best Badger
    Soap: T&H Luxury
    Razor: 1908 Gillette Single Ring
    Blade: Astra (day 2)
    Aftershave: Nivea Cooling AS Balm
    Cologne; Hugo Boss 'Hugo'

3rd shave with the 100 year old Gillette and I am liking it more and more. Got a really smooth result today thanks in part to the generous lather of the T&H soap.

    Sunday:
Gillette Slim adjustable with Personna Red
Musgo Real cream, whipped up in my GTP scuttle with my own made Finest Badger in faux horn handle (sweet brush) - knot from TGN
444 Alum followed by cold water rinse
    Trumper's sandalwood skin food
    Trumper's Sandalwood cologne

Honestly, and I might be alone here, I didn't care much for the shave cream, my face was a bit burning afterwards, so I might be allergic to it.

Yeah Rudy,I have heard that before in creams with lanolin on it like Musgo has.Its a great cream but not for all sensitive kind of skins.

Rudy, Du bist nicht allein. Viele Kerle haben das mit Musgo erfahren. Es konnte vom Wollfett, oder von einer der anderen Zutaten sein. Mein Schwager gab mir seine Tube, weil es ihn schlecht verbrannte.

    MWF Shaving Soap

Result: A good shave today. I'm surprised with MWF though. I don't enjoy it nearly as much as my Williams soap, and that was only $1!

Gillette Flare Tip Superspeed with Gillette "Swede" Blade

An odd combination for me today...it must be the MTB storm funk.

Is the Brummel Spanish? I thought for some reason it was British...but yes, the one from Leon's Vintage Scent....I guess it makes sense that it is Spanish... The La Toja stick was everything I hoped it would be....I don't think I've had a lather so thick, dense, and creamy....very nice! :D

Oh yes, the La Toja stick is delightful--ok, no menthol, but still, a great scent and so much lather, so you can enjoy a wonderful shave! :D

have you come across a menthol shave stick? That would be very interesting, indeed! :D
