Saturday, May 7th Razor: PILS Blade: Gillette Super Thin Brush: Shavemac D01 Horn Pre-Shave: Musgo Real Glyce Lime Soap: Acqua di Parma A/S: Acqua de Parma This was my 2nd use of the Gillette Super Thin and it is already time to change it out. The blade reminds me a bit of Feathers...starts out very sharp but degrades fairly quickly. That said, if Feathers work well for you, this blade may work well too at a fraction of the price. The Acqua Di Parma, as always, was a joy to use.

It felt as if I rubbed habanero peppers on my face. A nice two pass shave; I easily achieved BBS. This razor I honed back in January at the WSW meet. SHAVE ON. HOG
First Try w/ a Str8 Tet-a-Tet's Drive Came back from the barber's with a Antoni Tardoss 6/8" with ornate scales unpolished, but shave ready and a nice strop(gonna put this on the back burner after today while I learn on the whipped dog coming later this week. (good thing I bought the Miss a couple of purses today) Saturday's Shave Hot Cloth Musgo Real Glyce Lime Parker Black Badger Antoni Tardoss 6/8" (the Machete) Tet-a-Tet SC Finished with the Fatboy and Astra SP (3) Witch Hazel Alum Tet-a-Tet ASB Sure I've had better shaves, but I made it through my first attempt at a Str8 shave with only two minor nicks! I loved the Tet, it actually lives up to all the hype!

Conk Lime A/S: Adidas Ice Dive Did second pass (of 3) with straight on all areas of face except chin and area of neck below the chin. Straight razor technique is steadily improving and my comfort/confidence with a straight razor is growing.
