Lather: Proraso Green
AS: Mennen afta
Newspaper Date: Novenber 10, 1943

Back to my favorite set up, Proraso, Twinjector and my Personna Floating Head Injector. Other ingredients are personal choices. This particular set up delivers an almost perfect experience, loved every minute, feel great. A 2 pass, WTG/ATG and a little clean up. Cold water rinse, topped off with afta after shave. Happy Camper here, wishing for all to be so lucky. Mind you, this set up is strictly for ME. God Bless to all.

Baili BT171/Rockwell. It can be done, and was not nearly as awful as I imagined. First couple passes were rough, a couple uncharacteristic weepers, but by the time I got to the head shave it was not so much. Props again to the Baili for a pretty decent shave with the worst blade I've got.

Today's shave was with a little known Razor, a Near Wedge grind. I had a very smooth 2 pass shave, no touch-ups, that left me BBS. Zero Issues. It's a fine shaving razor, I know nothing about.

Razor- John Brown. Near Wedge grind.
Brush- B400 By Tom. WD Boar Knot. 5 hairs shed.
Soap- Arko/Avon Spicy
Aftershave- Shulton Old Spice Lime. Lantern Decanter. Circa 1973-1975.

Razor - Ikon SBS w/ Ikon OSS handle
Blade - Gillette 7 O'clock Blue
Brush - Jayaruh 242
Soap - Barrister & Mann Seville

Another nice shave with this HEAVY, HEAVY razor. The SBS is an unusual razor design with a two sided head, one OC, one with a safety bar. The baseplate is flippable with one side more aggressive and one milder. I've been using the mild side so far.

The head itself is very heavy and the OSS handle makes it moreso. This monster provides a smooth, issue-free shave as long as you use an extremely light touch.
