I started off with Proraso Pre Shave. The Soap Commander Renewal Shaving Soap face-lathered well with the Jayaruh #287 brush. I did two passes with the Henckels Safety Razor with a Henckels Wedge and ended up with a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayer's Peach WH and then Barbasol AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

 

Outstanding Shave
Reef Point measures up to the best soaps and especially balms out there today. The lather was optimal and very easy to build. The balm is very soothing, even though I did not need it, I like it because it makes my skin soft and extends the wonderful scent that much longer.

Van Yulay, always a lush protective lather, and Enter the Dragon was no different... Santal Auster Post-Shave Salve is absolutely wonderful stuff... all finished off with the very delicious MdO Vanille... Happy Sunday everyone.

Good morning gentlemen. A truly fine three pass shave today with the Schick Adjustable fitted with a twin blade. Marvelous lather from the Arko Extra Performance shave cream. I am smooth and refreshed. Enjoy your day friends. ☺️

Route 66 Lavender Woods today. 20 seconds to load the oscar11/TGN 2-Band Finest brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Perma-Sharp Super in the Gillette Black Handle Super Speed. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Country Club Classic Fougere aftershave.

Why the question mark (at the top)? What I wouldn`t give for a metal clone. I just can`t come terms with this thing looking like a toy, but, boy does it shave like a pro. From the 1st. stroke to the last draw, it is smoooth. It feels like I have the blade guard on. If I start on the right I get a little feed back. I don`t hear on the left, but it`s just as smoooth. I don`t think I have or ever had a razor this smoooth. One thing that helped was the mounds of Poraso Lather. The darn thing is like magic. I have a OneBlade Core coming in a couple days. We`ll find out what smooth is, I hope. With 2 passes, WTG/ATG and clean ups after each pass, I`m thinking somewhere near a Dolphin. God Bless.

PAA Organism 46B soap. This stuff is growing on me (hehe). I'm getting more appreciative of its unique scent.

WCS Midnight 84B stainless razor, Astra blade on its third shave, Vintage Strong Set bristle brush, Local Gent California Barber aftershave. A great combo with the Organism 46B.

One and a half easy passes, great shave.
