    1E693065-7197-4B89-897D-9D3F30C38D1E.jpeg Friday morning’s action:

    Neutrogena Men Facial Wash
    Razorock Plissoft 26mm Monster
    Super Speed/Astra Green day 6
    Bundubeard Kameelperd’s Kick SS
    Prep ASB
    B&M Arctique AS Splash
    Bleu de Chanel EdP

The menthol power of this Kameelperd soap is so off the charts that it easily matches that of all the Stirling Glacials - as soon as the brush makes contact with your face the freeze starts and gets progressively colder. The lather was so thick as well as rich, that beautiful coffee/peppermint scent filled my bathroom, and along with the bone-chilling freeze my face felt so comfortable and well-cared for. I gave myself a good massage with the Prep cream afterwards, and finally a couple of small dabs of the Arctique aftershave really froze the crap out of me. This shave was so enjoyable as well as totally BBS!

    Enjoy your weekend!

A delightful, aroma filled shave and post shave. Two passes, minor touch-up with a BBS finish. No rain today, fresh breeze wafting though my abode carrying the lingering scent of buttered rye toast and freshly brewed coffee...life's good my friends. Oh yes it is!

It went perfectly fine, until I went to rinse my blade & cut my index finger. I then had to bandage it with slightly damp hands. I did the best I could & then re-did it later when my hand were completely dry. Annoying, but still, just a little cut.

Because I make my own soap, I haven’t used other artisan soaps, so I really don’t know how to answer that. I can say that it lathers well & provides nice protection against razor friction.

Friday SOTD (was supposed to be Tabac Thursday but oh well)

Another awesome shave with the ER-1914 this morning. That's my left over lather in the brush! Gotta love these inexpensive Turkish copper bowls - they are incredible. I'm smooth and smell great for work. Enjoy your Friday everyone!

That one, Royal Water, is centered around lemon and mint. You might think you know how that smells but Creed tosses in juniper berry, which gives it a 'gin' twist. And the mint leans a tad herbal, not so much a mint like everyone is used to. It's a great scent for summer as long as it's not over-sprayed.
