The Proraso Sandalwood Shave Soap lathered well with Jayaruh #464 Synthetic Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the J.A. Henckels Rapide razor and the J.A. Henckels Wedge blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Humphrey's Witch Hazel and Lustray Spice After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Here my Shave of the Day (11.05.2025)


Razor: Parker 78r Gun Metal // Blade: Personna red // Soap: Proraso Sandalwood // Brush: Olivewood Synthetic // Aftershave: Seba Med Balm

I had a very relaxing shave. 2,5 passes and i was BBS. The blade, a fresh one, felt not that good…here and there a little uncomfortable and a touch „tugging“ especially against the grain. The soap delivered again and i find it to be really really great. Used my Seba Med Balm to smooth out the shave.

Today a bunch of guys from my shul as well as my brother-in-law joined Corinne and I at the cemetery so we said tehillim and after the rabbi chanted Hashkavah and El Molay Rachamim I was able to say Kaddish for my parents because we had enough for a Minyan. After we were finished davening I got very emotional.
