I scoop and bowl lather Southern Witchcrafts soaps exclusively so I only use it when I have a little more time. The scents of course vary but the soaps are outstanding. This morning's scent notes feature Coal, Tar, Bourbon, and Incense. It's the most 'out there' scent profile I've ever encountered. I don't love it but it's growing on me.

 

I never bowl lather any soaps - for me face lathering directly from the puck works best for me. Tomorrow it’s my darling Tabac!

Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Transparent bar Soap.
Brush: Omega S10018.
Bowl Lather.
Bowl: Tesco's Ceramic 'Cosmo' Side Bowl.
Lather: Omega Eucalyptus Shaving Cream.
Blade: Gillette Wilkinson Sword. (D4)
Razor: Wilkinson Sword Classic.

Post:
Cold Water Face Rinse./Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, /Alum Rub./Cold Water Rinse./Homemade (~Spring/Summer mix~) Lemon, Eucalyptus, Tea Tree, Essential Oils.5 Menthol Crystals Mixed Together With Care+Witch Hazel./Blue Stratos original blue ASL./Boots Cucumber Moisturising Lotion.

Lubriderm Moisturizer

That’s it that’s all, my favourite commercial shaving soap is Tabac - oyyyyy do I love it. The scent is so me - old school and delightful, the lather is phenomenal, there’s so much slickness is great, and it’s so gentle on my skin. The Lubriderm moisturizer is unscented so it doesn’t interfere with the scent of the aftershave and cologne. Three passes gave me a brilliant BBS shave that felt like from the Garden of Eden!

The Col. Conk Amber Shave Soap lathered well with Frank Shaving Badger Brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Supply SE Injector Razor and the Supply Black Label Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Derby City Chop Shop Winter Reserve After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Ah, perhaps not. That makes two "made in U.S." products with foreign names(I'm sure there's more-the other I think of comes from Maggard).
