PRE: Hot Towel + MR GLO Soap + Am Crew PSO
    BRUSH: 28mm "Best"
    SOAP: D.R. Harris Lavender
    RAZOR: Flare Tip SS
    BLADE: Wilkinson Sword
POST: Alum + Gillette Cool Wave (Crystallized) + Seacret ASB

My SOS was answered with a Wilkinson Sword in a PIF'd Flare Tip, imagine that! I pretty much always use superlathers, but today I went for soap only...What can I say, I like to use a lot of product. It wasn't quite as cushioning or slick, but of course the lathering power of D.R. Harris is superb and the end result was a true BBS!

    Have a great Sunday!

Very close shave but not so smooth, a few nicks this morning. It's the Indian not the arrow, poor technique and you pay. Have a good one.

    Brush: Omega 10275
    Cream: Viking Sensitive

For the first time I use this brush and I am more than impressed, incredibly soft bristle! What more could one want from a brush for less than 5$

    Ladies and Gentleman,Friends,

it´s Sunday again.A week is over,we had time to relax and enjoy our life.:) So,what do we do on Sunday?! You´re right...shaving.:) I endet up my shave a few moments ago.
First i had a hot shower to soften my beard. After that relaxing shower,i started my wonderful shave with the following things:

-Face wash with Axe Chilled :signs021:
    -GEM Razor
    -Bock Silvertip
    -Tabac Shaving soap
    -Tabac Aftershave

Now i´m putting the Tabac back in my pipe, listen to some good music and have a good smoke.I need that after a fantastic, super smelling shave.

So,i hope that all of you will have a fine start into the new week.

    Greetings
    Thorsten

    • Prep: shower, RazoRock glycerine pre-shave soap
    • Razor: Mühle R89 / RazoRock Little Bastone
    • Blade: Voskhod (2)
    • Brush: Frank Shaving Faux Agate
    • Soap: Institut Karité (1)
    • Post: alum, T.N. Dickinson's Witch hazel
    • Aftershave: Musgo Real Classic sample, jojoba oil
First go with the Institut Karité soap and I managed a decent lather and I know I can do even better. I couldn't care less for its scent, but the performance was very good and skin care amazing as you would expect from a shea butter soap.

After 2 shaves with the Voskhod I can say that they provide a very close shave, but they aren't the most comfortable blade for me. It could be a dud blade, though. I'll try a new one tomorrow.
