The new formula lathers easier and the summer scents are outstanding. My fav is the Lavender Lime. A perfect scent for summertime.

It was such a wonderful shave this morning. The Glacial Obsidian soap left my face frozen stiff after two passes and the matching balm moisturized and soothed my skin beautifully as well as adding plenty of additional freeze. Talking about freeze, the Snake Bite aftershave splash felt so bitterly-cold with just a tiny bit of sting which went away after a second. The Astra blade is now retired after a week of faithful service! :happy088: :happy088:

Thank you, Paul. It was a rushed shave, as I over slept a bit, but it was great.

    Razor: AlumiGoose w/Bluebeards Revenge Handle
    Blade: Feather Professional (3)
    Brush: Omega 10066 Boar
Soap: TSD 2x Iced Oak Moss Sandalwood
    A/S: Folsom & Co. Capri

I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to post after my shave today as a result of the amount of rain we where supposed to get. Fortunately they where wrong.
I change from the stock AlumiGoose handle (34.0 grams) to the Bluebeards Revenge Handle (45.8 grams) which made a big difference in the performance of the razor. Had a very close comfortable shave with the heavier handle.
Finished with Folsom & Co. Capri. Outstanding finish.

    Superb Sandalwood Sunday
Just a top notch experience today. The Lather Monster made optimal yogurty goodness from Reef Point Sandalwood - an unheralded product that deserves a place among the top artisans. Der Futur took down my two days growth in three passes 5-5-6. My face feels great. I finished with TTFFC Devil's Cut to carry the sandalwood.

Not much scenery around my hotel today.
RazoRock Bruce, Maggard's Lilac, day three with the Dorco twin disposable, followed by a splash of Country Club Sweet Water. The Dorco is giving me very close BBS shave!
