• Result: A very great smelling BBS shave. The Salter's Rose is my favorite rose scent. Have tried a couple others but seem to really like this scent. Made great lather that provided cushion and slickness enough to get the great shave.

Slight laps in concentration resulted in a small nick to the chin.

Kind of an oxymorinic SoSotD today. Showered up with Yardley English Lavender soap, then followed with the Lavender shave soap of TOBS. Lavender is supposed to be a very relaxing, calming aroma. All the while I had the anything but calming, hard driving rock of Petra playing in the background. Add the coffee and I had a fun shower & shave. Loved it all!

Three shaves is enough for the Atra nostalgia; I'll be back to an injector tomorrow. Can't really fault the end results of shaving with the Atra, but a single blade razor is more comfortable, and more enjoyable in general.

This Russian addiction of mine is going on and on--this Mil'niy cream has a nice scent, and great lather, and not only that, the moisturizing effect during and after a shave are very, very good. I received it this past Thursday, along with a big bunch of other nice items. There is also a matching aftershave balsam, which is also excellent. My good friend Alexey can tell you a few things about it. Here are pictures of both these items--the shaving cream is on the top.

Had to go with the can today. After Friday's shave a few hours later decided to practice face lathering and got a case of brush burn! Figure by Tuesday I'll be back to normal routine. Not as good of a shave with this stuff but sas nonetheless.

The shave was not as smooth as usual this morning--time to change the blade. However, it was DFS+ with no nicks or weepers so I'm not complaining. I always enjoy the Valobra and the Thayer's WH/Speick combo provided a great finish.

I keep getting great shaves out of the Voskhod Blades. This is hands down the best blade that have used so far.

The Eveline ASG is great stuff with a nice cooling effect. I got this as a gift from Alexey but will buy more when this runs out.

I have shaved more often on vacation that I do during a normal work week ... I wonder why that is?!?

This new Super-Max blade is sharp like a Feather, but it didn't give me the irritation that a Feather will. All in all, a nice relaxing Sunday shave.
