    Second full face - goatee, Straight Razor Shave
    Been using DE's for many years and just getting
    into Straights, I should have started with Straights
    before DE's. I find it much easier and much more controlling
    than DE's were. I have in the last two shaves
    gotten a closer and more comfortable shave and
    not gotten any razor burn or irritation at all.
    My skin is already smoother and softer.
    A++++ For Straight Razors !!!

    Sunday 11/21

    Pre-shave mineral oil
    MWF Soap
    Eterna Boar Brush
    Treet Starline TTO loaded with a Treet blue special (shave #2)
    Cold water rinse folled by witch hazel and lotion

    Squirted a tiny bit of mineral oil onto my palm and rubbed it into my face before soaping up the brush and lathering. Seemed to help prevent irritation quite a bit. The Treet Starline isn't much to look at, but I like the long handle, and it seems to handle really well. I'd say DFS after a couple of passes, but absolutely no irritation whatsoever.
