No photos today because I'm using my laptop but still a great shave. The Viking Sensitive cream I used this morning is the original Bulgarian version which smells and lathers wonderfully, and has a nice cooling effect. Although this Phyto Expert balm doesn't have what I'd call a traditional scent, it's very moisturizing, cooling, and soothing. The Max Refreshing aftershave which is also from Bulgaria is a terrific face-freezer.

Still been spending most of my day outside and lately and it's been with sub zero wind chills. We have a crew in town from Florida and they're really struggling to keep their equipment running in these temps. With a little luck, we'll be done with most of it by Thanksgiving. Have a good one.

Didn't realise this was use 5 for the Astra, that make's today's shave results all that more impressive. I wasn't trying for a BBS shave today, just a simply Friday clean up, so I switched out the ATG pass for a WTG pass. Ended up with a DFS! Zero nicks or irritation, and nice and smooth all around, neck and jaw line included. I'm going to try and go a week without the ATG and see how it goes.

WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angle for my beard a bit)

4th shave with the Israeli Personna SP Crystal in the Slim. I used the TSD Blue Juniper Cream today. This was my first shave with my WD Silvertip. It is a great brush! I got a very close and nick free shave. I noticed a very little bit of tugging on the Crystal today. I finished today with TSD Blue Juniper AS.

Took the day off from shaving on Thursday, so I had plenty of scruff to scrape away this morning. Luckily, this setup meant I could do so without any issues at all. Two passes, DFS+ results, no nicks, weepers, or irritation at all. Ready to face the day.

I have been trying something completely NEW to my shave routine (more on this at a later date ) and so to help make it more successful, I treated myself to some thick, slick & luxurious über-lather this morn. In hindsight, I wish I had used the scuttle to make it even more decadent. As it was, simple bowl lather, but the Slant just glided across my super slick face. A two-pass near-BBS.
