The Gem micromatic gave a very nice shave this morning the C.O. Bigelow lathered up nice as always.

I froze my face off and had an absolutely wonderful shave with the Krampert's Frostbite soap and matching aftershave. I can't believe to this day how thick the lather from this soap is and how easy it is to load it. The aftershave has such a nice scent and it's not only ice-cold, it's so soothing and skin-friendly!

A couple guys were chatting about the Barbasol on here the other day, so I went to Dollar General and picked up a bottle. It has a light, pleasing scent, and a nice menthol punch. All for $1.75! If you're looking for an inexpensive, slightly-less-powerful alternative to Osage Rub, this is it.

This Grafco-Merkur is a nice razor, I get really smooth shaves with it. Dirt. I like it. Switchback 400 continues to serve me well.

today's shave was nice. slow and relaxed. the ole'#7 did great, lather was just so(heavy whipped cream, lighter than yogurt but just as slick). three passes with the cadet, smooth as silk. finished with the matching asb, then just a spritz of Prada(luna rosa).
hope y'all did as well, or better.

Finished off the blade with a coti again for this mornings shave, very smooth and comfortable. My next shave will be off a thuri edge but on a different razor. Have a good one.

 

Yet another nice brush Steve. Are these handles fresh off the lathe? I don't remember seeing them before.
