    Platinum
    Snake Bite
    American Blend
    Clean Vetiver

I use the top three regularly. The other two, not so much as my wife does not care for the 'old barbershop' scent they resemble.

    Tuesday's
    ZCOLDWATER.jpg

    Dove Men Face Wash
    Tabac Shaving Soap
    Jayaruh #27 Silver Tip
    Gillette Super Adjustable
    Astra Super Platinum
    CWR, Asma Alum Block
    Thayers Rose Petal WH
    Aqua Velva AS

The Tabac Shaving Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #27 Silver Tip brush. Two passes with my Gillette Super Adjustable razor and an Astra Super Platinum blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse, alum block, and a final cold water rinse, I finished off with Thayers Rose Petal WH and then Aqua Velva after shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Twenty-fourth shave of No Variation NoVember.

    SHAVE OF THE DAY MONDAY
    sotd91.jpg

    PREP: MUSGO REAL CLASSIC
    RAZOR: 1953 GILLETTE TECH
    BLADE: GSB (1ST USE)
    BRUSH: FINE ANGEL HAIR SYNTHETIC
    SOAP: MUSGO REAL SHAVING SOAP
    AFTERSHAVE: MUSGO REAL CLASSIC
    BALM: DIY CITRUS PACHOULI

Had a very nice smooth shave today. One of the best shaves I have had in a while. I was having problems with irritation on the last few shaves so I figured I would use gear that Is known and proven to put an end to irritation. The Musgo Real soap is one of my favorite soaps, both scent and performance. The Fine is a good brush and is very easy to build a lather with, and it holds quite a bit of lather as well. Gillette Silver Blue blades because they are smooth and top notch, about in the same bracket as Pol-Silver IMO. Finished the shave off with matching aftershave and some homemade balm. The balm has aloe vera, witch hazel, glycerin, and all types of good stuff so it will protect the skin since the face is still healing from the serious roadwork from days ago. I will probably take a few days off from shaving, but it seems like a hard thing to do since I enjoy this hobby so much. Hope everyone had a great day!

I can get great shaves with this razor. I'm not sure if it is because the handle is so small or what, but of the 5 razors I have I can get the closest with this one.
