2nd shave with the FatBoy that I picked up on Friday. Set the razor at "7" for all three passes. Lots of audio feedback and a darn good shave after three passes. Think I'm ready to crank it up and try it wide open. Who needs a brake pedal? Just show me where the throttle is.

 

You'll be surprised that even wide-open, the FB will still be comfortable. I kept mine set @5 for longest time, then cranked it open & never looked back. Light touch is the key.

Treated myself to an early Christmas present with a purchase of a Bakelite Slant Razor. The two tone caught my eye so had to have it. All my other razors are long handled, heavy weighted and truly surprised I received a great shave with such a light razor. The real horn shave bowl was from a secret Santa and really nice looking and will use from time to time but prefer my Dirty Bird 1.5 scuttle with dribble port.​
