Simply a great shave. Nice and smooth. No cuts, nicks, or weepers. Nice.
Still only using one hand to wield the steel, though. It's working for me.

I hadn't broke out the MM for some time. Not being able to shave ATG on my face with it, I remembered why I don't bring it out often. I hadn't head shaved with the MM before, I found it actually is good for something . MUCH better head shaver than on the face. On top of that I used Williams and shaved in the morning. Bizarre.
Face: 3.5/5 blades (not close at all)
Head: 4.5/5 blades (some mild irritation where I had a small bruise on my head)

My second shave with the Durasharp blade, and it was excellent. No sign of rust on the blade yet, but I'm expecting some because of the carbon steel. I simply rinse the razor after shaving, shake off the excess water, and put it on the shelf until the next use. There have been reports of low longevity, but I'll have to see how that works out for me. So far, I'm quite happy with this inexpensive blade. Smooth, no nicks, BBS, and cheap--nice characteristics if they continue to hold up. The Proraso ASB was, perhaps, "guilding the lily", but it always feels good.

I have been using this blade that was sent to me so that I could do a review elsewhere. On day 4 and still a extremely smooth shave. The Shave stick from the Gulliver set is nothing fancy and it was the first use for the brush. Little bit of shedding and some boar funk. I would expect that to go away as the brush breaks in. All in all a DFS.

• Blade: Ted Pella PTFE coated GEM SE (shave 2)
• A/S: Thayer's Lavender Witch Hazel Toner & SCS Avocado Oil ASM

• Result: Very nice and comfortable DFS today. Not going anywhere particularly important so I did not go for BBS. This was the last of the SCS Avocado cream. Had some trouble making a good lather on the face. Had to actually wipe off the lather and then start all over again in my mug. Did get enough for 3 decent passes then.
