This was my first shave with the SAO. TO be honest, when I got it, I didn't really care for the smell. It improves with lathering, though, but mostly it stays the same and grows on you. I think I almost like it. It's definitely not a scent I would've called "almond", though.

A lady friend felt my cheek and commented on how "incredibly smooth" it was. *big grin*

This cream has a better cooling effect than some menthol creams I've tried. It's made with peppermint essential oil. It lathers very rich, smells nice, and feels good after a shave.
