Another "Great Shave" was achieved this morn. Two passes, WTG/ATG and clean ups between passes. What else can I say with such an easy as falling off a log performance. Hope I don`t get bored with the same ole thing almost every day. I guess a change - up is in store from time to time. I like trying different combinations anyway. Happy camper here. Got Bless.

Well, 1st use of the Capone's Bayrum, and it did not disappoint.. It provided a wonderfully hydrated, and protective lather, that formed the base of what was an impeccable shave with ‘The Rock’/Personna Platinum combo.. BOOM!

A tough test today for the Spartans. Hanging in there so far. This was an outstanding shave. The Cube made it seem like a cold morning in a cedar cabin. The lather was amazingly good. T+S is top shelf.

**-I 'm giving this one another chance. Small tube, the gel is practically invisible, but once you get through shaving what you can't see, you find it to be a solid shave. Has a little more of the original Rise fragrance than does the Cooling Balm.

The shave was great. 1-pass with clean up was all that was needed.

The Gold Dachs soap fit into an old coffee cup perfectly and will serve as this soap's mug. The Gold Dachs needs a pre-shave oil or post-shave moisturizer due to how it dries the skin after the shave. During the shave it does a good job of remaining slick. My pre-shave oil was not really enough to prevent a bit of dryness as this shave soap is really effective at stripping moisture. My post-shave balm is not a direct moisturizer, but rather a moisture-promoter with it's ingredients that induce skin to plump with water. So, the immediate post-shave could have used a touch of direct moisturizer. The performance of the soap during the shave is unquestionably effective. I enjoyed this make-shift shave. I can tell once my pores produce some oil that my skin will feel super smooth.

I have a bit of a sore throat and a few aches, so not feeling 100%, but luckily my nose isn't running, so perhaps this will just be a quickly defeated bug. Nothing makes the aches and crappy feelings better like a hot shower and great shave. I stepped into the bathroom feeling like 60% and walked out feeling like 90%.
