    Soap: Proraso White Tub
    Razor: Gillette NEW Long Comb
    Blade: Personna Med Prep (Shave #2)
    Brush: Plisson #12 Badger-22mmx56mm
    Aftershave: Country Club Frozen Vetiver

    WTG-XTG-ATG (adjusted angles for my beard)

    Proraso White Tub today. 20 seconds to load the Plisson #12 Badger brush. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Personna Med Prep in the Gillette NEW LC. Excellent smooth, close shave. I finished with Country Club Frozen Vetiver aftershave.

    Got this SS from a local vendor at this past weekend street fair. Pretty darn nice SS, lathers easily, has a nice cooling effect and left my face happy. There is plenty of cushion and slickness. I'll be using it all week just to learn it better but initial outing is very promising. Now go enjoy your day folks,

    Radical departure today!

    I've initiated my own, private NOshaveVEMBER. That's right folks, I'm letting my whiskers grow out in all their gray/white glory.........except for upper cheek and lower neck areas. That way I can still make a dent in my soap & cream stash and still use some AS splashes.

    I haven't let it grow since 2012. And that was only for a couple weeks while on a catamaran in the windward islands.

    Gotta say, I don't like the feel of my stubble this morning but I'll give it a go!

    Here's a pic of our last day in the islands 2012. It'll come in a lot fuller with 4 weeks growth. And yes, I'm sunburned! That's a Hairoun beer I'm working on. Brewed on St. Vincent.
