I used the ••• plate today and I like it better than the ••. I was able to do one less pass and still get close and comfortable. I did get a couple weepers, but these were from bad technique, so I have high hopes to improve. My neck feels great even though I did some touch up there. I used WTG and ATG, so I did not need an XTG pass. This shave reminded me of the Merkur Vision, and I treated the Supply with similar respect.

    Rating: 4.5 / 5

    Razor: Supply SE •••
    Blade: Supply SE
    Brush: Brothers Bristles Silver Surfer
    Lather: WSP Tobacco Cream
    Aftershave: WSP Tobacco Balm
    Additional Care:
    WSP Tobacco Splash

I was a bit nervous my wife would make a stink about it as she usually rolls her eyes with my typical shaving acquisitions, but this set was so well done it actually peaked her interest and she thought it was rather cool. I guess that is a testament to the quality of HB's presentation value! Now if I could only be so lucky to win the mega millions!

    Thanks Steve
The power goes out here often and unlike most it doesn't bother me much. I live out in the boonies so to speak and wouldn't have it any other way. Me and my YL have lived here for 20 years and the most its been out is about 2 weeks in a streatch.
I have heat and a cook stove that doesn't requrie electricity (gas) so the winter time is, no big deal. I have a small genorator but don't drag it out unless the YL asks it to be hooked up.
Yea it can make you miss the newest sit com, but I like the quiet time it brings.
Unlike others, I mostly ignore the power outages.
Life is as it should be.
    Thanks for caring.
Oh, and I like your post, very descriptive.
Keep up the good stuff :happy088::happy088:

Fantastic shave this morning, I over shaved a little but I’m bbs. The razor original came with a small Gillette travel type handle but it was too small. I had a longer aluminum Gillette handle that feels a lot better.
