These days I’m really loving my Canadian Tech and although it’s admittedly a very mild razor if you use a good blade like an Astra Green you can get fabulous results. I’m also loving the De Vergulde Hand soap - in my honest opinion it’s one of the BEST soaps on the market - that beautiful old school European scent, that thick, rich lather, and the skincare are all awesome. The Svoboda balm from Russia with its lovely minty scent and its pleasant cooling effect as well as the soothing and moisturizing that it gives is so good, and the De Vergulde Hand aftershave spray which has the same beautiful scent as the soap and after a two second sting it feels so comfortable. Finally the Bleu de Chanel fragrance is magnificent. Three passes with the new Astra Green blade gave me a splendid three pass BBS shave that was such a pleasure!

Two passes and touch ups with the Unmentionable Slant Razor by Tom and an Unmentionable Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Cella After Shave Balm. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

Cold wet flannel to my face.
Pears Original Transparent Bar Soap.

Home Bargains Stainless Steel Side Bowl.
Lather: HWF Lanolin Shaving Soap (No.2) with Tea Tree & Lavender essential oils.
Blade: Bolzano Superinox Inossidable. (D4)
Razor: 1970's Aluminium Handle Gillette Tech. (ENG)

Post:
Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. / Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel. /Brut ASL + Splash-On Lotion. /Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

Early Morning Shave,

Finishing my shaving week off with a comfortable close shave.

Final outing of the Bolzano S.I. which has been the star performer of all my shaves throughout the week and has paired together with each razor.

I feel as though I could easily get another 2 shaves from these blades, but I'll put it into retirement as I have a vast amount of other DE blades to contend with.
The longevity & sharpness of them has really impressive throughout the week.

An enjoyable 2 pass + pick-ups shave with no errors to report. Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of Nivea Men Fresh Moisturising Gel.

The Brut duo was a great early morning tonic for my mature rhino skin.

My face is feeling smooth & smelling divine.
