The Williams Mug Shaving Soap lathered well with the Jayaruh #395 Badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the Gillette No Notch Aristocrat and Astra SP Blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse I finished off with Dickinson's Witch Hazel and then Granddad's Blend AS. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

This morning I started a brand new Absolute Zero soap and it lathered up beautifully with my Yaqi 30mm Barber Pole synthetic, the lovely aquatic/minty scent filled the bathroom, the menthol sensation froze my face to smithereens, and the postshave feeling was wonderful. The Absolute Zero aftershave toner and the Rubby Dubby Doo enhanced the freeze, and the Bleu de Chanel is to me the most gorgeous fragrance ever created. Three glorious passes with my cherished Super Speed gave me such a great BBS shave that I enjoyed immensely!

Lovely shave again. The blade is not that thoroughly as on the first shaves but still very smooth and gentle. The soap has a wonderful scent is the lather is great. Topnotch combo.

Razor : Razorock 2nd Generation or V2 Lupo.72 - Mfg Jan 2021>, nice mid range. Excellent machining and finish QC for a razor. I try to use this razor often in my large collection of razors. I find this razor is excellent for under the nose area and shaving up to moustache lines. The razor seems to offer me lots of stellar comfortable close shaves over the years and a joy to use like this morning.
Blade : Gillette Nacet(1) sharp and smooth with great longevity. Top 6 tier blade in my collection.
Soap : Mitchell's woolfat, very mild clean scent with excellent lather qualities. Also makes excellent ubber lather from adding to left over remnants of soaps from bowl like creams or croaps for outstanding lather.
Brush : Yaqi "Mocha express"26mm husky synthetic knot. Excellent lather generator, luxury heavenly cloud like soft tips, nice splay scrubber + excellent lather painter.
Pre shave : (Dedicated Cashmere synthetic)Brush wash whole face with CeraVe hand bar cleanser with a dollop of clear Aloe Vera on the cleaned beard area.
Prep : Cold water rinse after each pass of 2 + pickups. WTG + ATG + pickups.
Post shave : Razorock Emperor with witch hazel + a dollop of CeraVe moisturizing lotion(scentless).
Results : or CCS,DFS,BBS + no irritation + no weepers= Had a stellar close comfortable shave this morning with my RR Lupo.72 with a fresh Gillette Nacet blade.

Cold water face wash with brush squeezing's, Cold Water Face Rinse. /Homemade (~Autumn/Winter mix~) peppermint lavender, eucalyptus, + Tea Tree essential Oils Mixed Together With 200ml of Care+Witch Hazel./ P&G Old Spice Hawkridge ASL./ L'0REAL Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

Early morning shave.

An enjoyable smooth shave to finish my shaving week wonderfully...Out of all the Sandalwood soaps/creams that I have sampled Proraso is my firm favourite. I'll be adding it to my rotation more regular over the autumn/winter months along with a few other soaps I haven't used for quite some time.

A comfortable 2 pass + pick ups silky smooth shave with no errors to report.

Finishing the shave off with a few small dollops of L'0REAL Barber Club Reinforcing ASB.

My face is feeling cool smooth & smelling divine.

A two pass quickie but still very thorough as well as comfortable. The Palmolive Classic cream from Italy is exactly the same as the version that’s sold everywhere else in Europe - just the colour of the tube is different. I love that clean, soapy scent, it lathers like a champ, and it’s so gentle on my skin. The Proraso Blue balm has a nice scent that I find hard to describe, it’s also very soothing as well as moisturizing, the Florida Water smells so old school the way I love it, and the Aramis fragrance is so delightful. Smooth as a baby’s tukhis from my cherished 50s Super Speed - what a great shave this was!
