Was great to use an injector today, BBS results and no irritation. May have to ride this one out for a while.

 

Having tried many different blades, I have found most are very good. A few I didn't really care for and one seemed to stand out above the rest. Kai. Lately I have been finding that I really like the Gillette Silver Blue. Maybe the Kai has finally met it's match. This Wilkinson boar brush was very cheap at the local drug store. I like it as much as any of my brushes. It is a great brush regardless of the price. The Merkur 180 was my first DE razor. It remains a favourite. TOBS, well it's TOBS, Wonderful stuff. I'll sure miss the TSD witch hazel when it runs out. Tooth is still an issue. Pain killers are making me pretty loopy but not so crabby. That's my ramble for the day. Have a great shave everyone.

Another awesome soap which deserves some love from me - this Golddachs Spezial is one of the finest and classiest German soaps. It has a beautiful scent which is so traditional, it lathers like a champ, and it leaves the skin smooth as silk. I LOVE that Amici aftershave so much!

I had a Belter of a Shave Today with My Gael Solingen 6/8th..I have Never Seen another SR with as Thin a Grind as this One..I have Only One Other True Extra Hollow Grind SR..My Pre War Puma 6/8th..Extra Hollow Grind SRs Seem to be Rare although Some Makers Use the Term Quite Loosely..This Old Pre War Extra Hollow Grind was a Prestige's SR Made for the Spanish Market & its a Lethal Sharp Blade..

The Grind is So Extra Thin that it will Flex with the Slightest Pressure & Cut all the Way to Hell & Back..My Stainless Full Hollow Henckels Friodur has a Very Thin Grind as Well but Not Near as Flexible as this Carbon Steel Gael 6/8th..This Even Might be an Extra Bellied Hollow Ground..I Dunno..It Demands the Utmost Care, Focus & Attention..Its a Wedding Day Shaver for Sure as it Delivers the Smoothest & Closest Velvet Smooth Result..

Not that I Plan to get Married..I Don't Like Chains..

I Am Dolphin Smooth & Refreshed..

Just another uneventful excellent shave with the Timeless SS, OC. Three passes with no cleanup. The brush is amazing as is the Route 66 Perfect Storm.

 

Aye..These are Very Rare..Its was NOS when I Got it from Spain..
