It was a hot day at work today and I had every intention of coming home to a face freezing shower and shave. When I got here though, I had a Stirling box waiting for me with a bottle of Gentleman inside. Well I couldn't help myself, and had to go barbershop.

Hope everyone's week got off to a good start.

    Jayaruh #104
    English made Goodwill
    Gillette Rubie Platinum Plus
    CWR, Asma Alum Block
    T.N. Dickinson's WH
    Pinaud Vegetal

The L'OCCITANE Cade Shaving Soap face-lathered well with my Jayaruh #104 high mountain white badger brush. Two passes and touch ups with the English made Goodwill OC razor with a Gillette Rubie Platinum Plus blade gave me a close, comfortable shave. After a cold water rinse and alum block, I finished off with T.N. Dickinson's WH and then Pinaud Vegetal After Shave. I am clean, smooth, and refreshed...

    PAL S/S Adjustable [ no 2]
    Schick NOS S/S Krona super [ 1- Canada ]
    PAL S/S Adjustable [ no 3]
    Schick NOS Plat. [ 6 -Sweden ]
    Jaguar Prestige A/S Lotion

Having had a poor shave previously with the Schick/Krona blade, I decided to try a fresh one loaded in Razor 2. Again the
shave quality was poor, with the blade pulling. I decided to abort the shave with that Razor. I knew that I had no problems
with the Razor when used with a Chick , so guess I have purchased some duff blades.

Completed the shave with PAL [no 3], with no problems ending up with a good all round finish.
