BRUSH: BRUSH: Shea Moisture Badger Brush - produces an excellent rich lather
PRESHAVE: Hot water wash with Barbury's, followed by bloom water from AOS
SHAVE CREAM: The Art of Shaving - Lavender Essential Oil - for Sensitive Skin - bowl lather
POST SHAVE: Hot water rinse.
AFTER SHAVE: Flag and Sail Brisk- this Skin Bracer clone has a nice menthol punch!
BALM: Maison the Collection - Moroccan Mint Tea Lotion Wonderful 2 pass BBS with minor touchups.
As a young man, I sported a beard and other variations of facial hair.
In the last 7 years, those days are gone. I always shave my entire face, no mustache, no goatee, so I need to get ALL the hair.
The Parker is a great shave tool!

Superb Sunday
Tabactober continues with another superb shave. Two days growth was no match for Tabac and my Rockwell 6s R6. The Stirling Boar did a great job making thick lather comfortably on my face. Play it Again, Sam is very classy and easy to wear.

 

A sweet, icy-cold, three pass BBS shave just before with my Polar Vortex soap. This one may not have the greatest scent, although it's not a bad smeller either but I'll say this - does it ever lather like crazy and is it ever COLD. Not quite like a Glacial soap but I'd still give it an easy 8/10 on my Personal Menthol Scale. The blade glide is pretty good also and so is the skincare. Even though I went very easy on the Arctique afterwards it still clobbered me with its intense menthol power and as always, my eyes started tearing and my nose started running. (Love it!)

My wife is cooking for the birthday party for my mother, I took a shower and had a nice shave

To get the lather extra cool I did a few turns in the Cryogen

Setup:

OSP grapefruit &a menthol (+ few rounds Cryogen)
Osaka rub
