The MWF produced lots of creamy lather, leading up to a very fine shave. Loading the brush with plenty of soap and then bowl lathering always works for me when using "The Fat". The Ogallala BR, S&C (my first use) was a great finish on this cool fall day. The scent is lingering longer than I had expected.

Shave Rating: 3 Blades

No nicks or cuts, just not a very close shave. The bummer is I have had better shaves out of this razor and this blade when combined with either a different blade or razor. Guess this combo isn't the best.

 

Seems like you need a very sharp razor for those tech's. I am loving mine but finding the close shave is a mystery still with it.

Hey, is the Sputnik getting dull already? This was only my 2nd shave with it, and I had to put in a lot more effort for a close and proper shave. The Arko Moist cream lathers great, but it could stand quite a bit more menthol. The Svoboda balsam feels so cooling and protective.
