* My frankensoap is based on a new formula Erasmic shave stick, which I grated because it wasn't working very well as a regular stick. There are bits and pieces of a number of other soaps which had been almost used up. Works very well.

The ASR blade did much better in the NEW than in the Fat Handle Tech I used yesterday. Once again another TSD soap that did not fail to please.

With the A4 SOTQ on the way I decided to use my A1 scent today, and I have nothing but the smallest ring of it left, will probably use it again for the last time tomorrow, and use the bowl for the new scent.

I'm getting fairly decent shaves out of the injector but it feels like I'm cheating, just don't seem as enjoyable as a D/E*, so I'll go with 4 blades today.

Today's Shave Wednesday

For the past three days I was using a Gillette Tech OC with the a Racer Blade.
Definitely not a blade I would use again. Still new enough to be still sampling blades.

Today was blade change day and my normal routine is change razors also.

While showering the Parker Brush was warming in warm water. I placed my mug in the sink of water. It had a a dollop of Dalain d'men shaving cream.
After the shower I prepped my face with Johnson Baby Oil. The Parker Brush whipped up a mound of lather. My Gillette Tech Fat Handle was loaded with a Crown Blade. End result a nice BBS.

After shave splash with Classic Aqua Vela Blue, followed with Canoe after shave balm. A great shave and a great start to the day.

This has to be my best shave ever! I was scared at first and really took my time with prep. I took a hotter shower than usual, used some cheap conditioner (didnt like it for my scalp), followed with my usual Neutrogena razor defense face scrub. Oh my good what a great shave I am loving it.
